The staff are super-friendly and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Excellent service and the food is good.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in dormitory room with a safe, a minibar, and iron and ironing board. Particularly good private bathroom. Extremely great staff throughout.

We really enjoyed spending 1 night here. The breakfast was large with many options to choose from and cooked to order items, for instance, the location was incredible. Location: the hotel was just off the tourist attraction, shops and restaurants, beer street and halong bay. Btw, Beer Street was a stone’s throw away.

fairly clean and the staff was lovely. the location was great, close to my dinh stadium. and it was also so close to ninh binh and airport as well as the centre of hanoi. we had a great time.

The rooms were functional and modern with nice beds, good prices. The staff were especially helpful and affable all the time. The location was the best - ease of access to a majestic church.

I had good sized, functional room with a modern bathroom. The hotel had a comfortable location extremely close to My Dinh Stadium. It was 26 mins drive to the airport.

The rooftop bar at the Backpackers Hostel was amazing! We enjoyed the breathtaking view while sipping on our drinks. The buffet-style breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious options. we had a great time at the hostel.

Also, next to the bar street.

Overall it was great-sized on the top floors. The location was best possible and convenient, within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake.

The hotel met needs, I would come here again. Everything was perfect, I had quiet 7 days here.
